On November 5th, Xiao Guohua, Director of Department of Regional Cooperative Development of Chengdu Documentation and Information Center, CAS, attended a conference with Dongfang Turbine Co., Ltd (DTC) in Deyang. The two parties discussed and signed the technology contract of the program “Patent Strategy and Patent Layout Research on Heavy-duty Gas Turbine”. Earlier, the Center competed with seven other bidders from the U.S., Beijing, Nanjing and Chengdu, and won the bidding of the program. Dongfang Turbine Co., Ltd is a leading enterprise producing major technological equipments in Sichuan, and one of the massive manufacturers of power generation equipments in China. The signing of the contract is a significant achievement of the Center in implementing the principle of the CAS. The Center will continue to provide information services in integrating science and technology with industry. |
