To promote advances of the CAS’s newly increased project “Development of Sustainable Knowledge-based Subject Groups Integration Platform”, the project team held the third video conference on November 13th. Around 50 researchers, including subproject participants from 22 research institutions, related subject librarians, technical supporters and previously-invited platform constructors, attended the conference. Yang Zhiping, who is in charge of the whole project, hosted the meeting.

In the training conference, Wang Feng from the technical team of IIP introduced the characteristics, functions and use of a new component of the platform. Many other researchers from different research institutions shared their experiences and achievements in the construction of the platform. At the end of the conference, Yang Zhiping made a summary and encouraged the researchers to take an active part in the construction of a knowledge-based research environment.
