Director of Nanchong Institute of Scientific and Technological Information He Yonglu, Deputy Director Zheng You paid a visit to Chengdu Documentation and Information Center, CAS, on November 17th. Director of Department of Regional Cooperative Development of the Center Xiao Guohua welcomed them and hosted the meeting aimed in advancing scientific and technical services of Nanchong in the new era of “Public Entrepreneurship and Innovation”.

Xiao Guohua first introduced four operating modes and six cases of the Center’s regional information services. Then the two parties discussed the status quo and future trends of Nanchong’s four leading industries, i.e., auto parts industry, silk spinning industry, petroleum and chemical industry, and organic food industry, as well as the new energy automobile industry which is a strategic emerging industry. Agreement had been reached that scientific and technological consultation, intellectual property, technical transfer, inspection and detection, finance of science and technology and other services could be carried out in Nanchong.
